BioNot much is known about Olivia Williams. She's not often seen around the lab. Her presence only indicative of one of many Robbin's 'forensic retreats' or David's very rarely taken vacations.
She keeps to herself, but works efficiently. She appreciates her part time position, as it allows her to keep to her anonymity. Not one for going out with 'The team'. She often disappears, just as she 'appears'. Silently. Back to her daily life, which she likes to keep close to her heart.
The truth is, her heart and mind is with an eight year old boy. Sebastian Williams. Her son. The 'little man' in her life, that she'd do anything for. The trouble is, what he needs from her most, is something she can't do for him.
Sebastian has CGD. Or, when its not defined in the many charts and clipboards that surround his hospital bed, whats simply, and rather coldly known as 'a bad heart'. Many surgeries and 'therapies' have helped him live long past his diagnosis. But the fact still remains that he's not getting better.
Convinced of her responsibility in Sebastian's condition, Olivia is determined to change his fate. If it means working every free minute she has, she's going to do it. She'll be damned if anything - including a finger pointing ex husband - will stand in her way to make her son's life what he deserves it to be. Making him happy, and healthy is her determination in life. She'll continue going to great lengths to do so.
A former RN in Helena Montana, Olivia moved into Mortuary Sciences, when the job offered her less stress, and more flexiblity with her family situation. The switch in careers, forced her into a rather detrimental pay cut. Making ends meet became a rather harrowing task, as medical bills and alimony payments continued to be ignored.
When the Coroner's Assistant Job came up in Vegas, with partial benefits, and access to Desert Palms new Cardiac Childrens Ward, Liv couldn't say no.
But pieces aren't falling into place, and she's running out of time, to make things right.
